This treatment involves moving the teeth in their naturally harmonious place in the arch, achieving this allows all teeth to function as a single unit. Whether its Braces or Aligners this treatment is equivalent to controlling 32 horses with a single rope and making them function together.

Dr. Kunal has spent 3 additional years to mastering this skill. Every case is different as every set of teeth which are crooked have a separate customized plan as the plan takes into consideration the age, bone development and overall condition of the gums.

A Patient-Centered Decision

Deciding the treatment modality i.e Braces or Clear Aligners, decision of this depends on the needs of the patient and the capability of the treatment modality chosen.

Teeth Polishing

Polishing of the teeth is done to remove any food debris and then Braces or attachments are bonded on the teeth.

Appliance Delivery

A starting arch wire is slotted in each bracket, in Clear Aligner option, 1st Aligner set is given to the patient to wear it. Comfort is checked patiently.

Post-Treatment Guidance

Post procedure instructions and Customized Braces/Aligner care kit are given to the patient.

A School going Kid Amruta came to us, she was too shy to smile as she was not happy with her smile. Looking at the level of crowded/crooked teeth, many doctors suggested her extraction of a few teeth. But, given the lack of visibility of her lower teeth, the black corridors of her smile photo and the age of Amruta, we decided to proceed without removal of teeth to give her a fuller smile with full complement of teeth. So fast forward, 15 months. And Amruta is ready with her new smile to slay her Board exams.

Mrinali a bubbly high school level basketball playing girl came to us complaining of the crooked teeth and repeated food lodgment in her teeth. After examining the case, it was noticed that the effort from the patient was full to brush her teeth, but given the severity of crowding, it was difficult to clean the teeth. Self-Ligation Braces treatment was decided for her and the whole process was done in 13 months without removal of teeth.

Shivani, a mother of twin boys was troubled by the gap in her upper and lower teeth. Given the fact that she was in her early thirties and residing in Hyderabad Braces was not an option for her. We went with Invisalign treatment for her. She visited us only 5 times throughout the treatment and duration was 14 months. The result you see, is all cause of the effort and dedication of the patient to wear the aligner for 18-20hrs a day.

Sachin, a young kid came with over retained milk teeth and crooked teeth, he needed extensive treatment of not just teeth but also of the lower jaw (Chin). To correct his overall condition, we had removed the milk teeth as well as few permanent teeth. With all this Jaw repositioning device was given to correct his jaw position.

Gaps are common between teeth are common, but reasons for gap differs from person to person. Akshit had gap and also small upper lateral incisor teeth, these are the small ones adjacent to the big center ones. Since, the fault was in the size of the teeth, we first closed the gaps in upper and lower teeth and later made space to increase the size of the lateral incisor teeth artificially.

Amanali a college going kid came to us with his mother to straighten his upper teeth and complaint of lower teeth not being visible while smiling. We went ahead with Metal Self ligation braces, these are advanced dental braces they deliver minimal forces and allow patient to visit us every 8 weeks, this is better than Conventional ones where the patient has to see us every 4 weeks. So we wrapped up the case in roughly 15 months without any teeth removal, near the end we did gum repositioning with him to make his smile look wider and aesthetically pleasing.
